Goal structure- Goals should be well defined & contribution of each unit towards the fulfillment of the organizational goal must be clearly identified. 2. Trust - Greater the feeling of trust among the members of the unit the more better communication will take place among themselves. 4. Co-ordination- This is the next vital step to communication. Properly co-ordinated act reduces the chance of arising any conflict. 5. Ignoring the conflict in order to curb behavioural conflict- It is advisable to take passive step by ignoring a certain situation rather than further provoking the issue. Situation demands that either to leave it or to solve it or let the event takes its own course. In this way we can avoid major clash among the two parties.
