appropriate context	when the class size is small it is beneficial to take whole class into discussion, topics that require large amount of ideas and brain storming is required.	when class size is very large it becomes important to divide students into groups and make them voice their opinion. It is mostly done by assingning different topics to diffrent groups.
prerequisites	the entire class is non-uniform in opinion	there are some sections of students having similar opinion about a topic
advantages	it saves time and resources	consensus in decision can be easily achieved,
limitations	it is hard to achieve consensus in opinion.	it might take time depending upon number of groups assigned by the teacher.
