1. I usually do not experience anxiety when it comes to tests, but there have been several instances (when I used to study Maths, a subject a found extremely challenging) where I have suffered from extreme test anxiety which infact lead to perform even more poorly in my examinations.
2. The method I used to manage my anxiety was to take deep breaths whenever I felt overwhelmed with fear and worry. Breathing deeply helped me center myself back to the situation instead of drifting away with my anxious preoccupations. I also found it helpful to listen to upbeat music just before my examinations to boost my mood.
