Answer #1

Yes, I agree that television promotes violence to the audience, to an extent. The audience includes people from all age range and the programs telecasted are not suitable for all ages. Seeing action movies on tv, gives an impression on the children, that it is ok and things can be resolved in such a way.

Example- In Tamil Nadu, India, a school kid murdered his teacher. On probing, he says that he has seen such things on tv and he doesn't actually know what happens after that. Following this case, scenes involving such acts are blurred on tv.

This creates false rumors to be spread amongst teenagers and adults. Our target customers are adults aged 30 or older, who are on the go most of the time. In general, our customers want unbiased news stories; or, at least the benefit of knowing whether or not...

When The Blair Witch Project came out, many people reported feeling sick while watching it. They were sick not because the movie was scary, but because of the way the camera moved. This movie incorporates a trope called "found footage", which attempts to make the movie more realistic by having a shaky camera (as an individual is filming the movie instead of a film studio). Other movies, like Chronicle, Cloverfield, or Paranormal Activity use similar methods. Based on what we've...
