The independant variable here is- psychotherapy

The dependant variable is- anxiety.

This is an experimental research. The researcher will take two groups- 1) The control group will be given no psychotherapy for anxiety, while, 2) the experimental group will be exposed by psychotherapy for the people. The sample will be chosen by the score of anxiety, they obtain in a anxiety test. The people with high scores will be taken as the subjects. After the selection they will be randomly assigned in both the groups.
