Answer #1

Life satisfaction - is interval scale of measurement because life satisfaction cannot be zero but it may follow intervals like- highly satisfied. satisfied, dissatisfied, etc. Thus the gap for the each interval is equal but there is no true zero point. So it is interval scale of measurement.

Consumption of soda - Is the ratio scale of measurement. Consumption of soda has a true zero point and different measures. If a person donot consume soda then his score will be zero. So it is ratio scale of meassurement.

Is this your (the students) first degree? - The answer for this question will be either yes or no. Thus it is nominal scale of measurement. Addition, divition, substraction and multiplication is not possible in this scale and both the groups are always equivalent.
