The natural world is the world of science. In the natural-scientific world we understand the relation between two things by cause and effect. In the natural world, we understand the relation between vaccines and prevention. Scientifically, we can even control variables to understand the effect of one variable on another in its presence as well as absence. However, the social world is very different. We fathom social relations differently. Social world includes social relationships and interactions with other individuals in the society or surrounding environment. According to Alfred Schutz, it gets confusing and difficult to comprehend in the field of health sciences which demands scientific reasoning and not through social world.
