Teams working together at workplace is a upcoming trend in many sectors may it be corporate sector, business or health sector.

Working in teams is advantageous for easy functioning,growth and progress of that particular organization. In today's growing competitive world success comes at the cost of complex work and effeciency to deal with such complex problems. To deal effectively teams always prove to be better than individual.

Few specific team that I have seen and experienced are basically from health sector as I have been working in health sector for more than 10 years now. Earlier I had started on a small scale and had an opportunity to be team leader of an organization for child care and development. I was working as a child psychaitrist and had a great team who provided best services.

Treating children with psychological disturbances or children with special needs is a multimodal approach and so it requires various departmental teams, eg 1. Clinical child psychologist 2. Speech assessment and speech therapy team 3. Occupational therapy team 4. Special education team

Along with departmental teams , there are always problems faced by the organisation may it be regarding management issues or economic issues there was a problem solving team. This problem solving team mainly had best brains at work as in the director and HOD.

Our child guidance and development center also had branches in different cities all over the state ,so for communication between these centers out virtual team was at work. It was equally necessary to maintain constant communication between teams at different center for better functioning of the centers.

All these teams were excellently managed and the team work made lot of impossible things to be possible and we were fortunate to provide our services to so many needy kids and their parents.
