Group think is a psychological phenomenon in which a group makes faulty decisions because group pressures lead to a deterioration of mental effeiciency, reality testing and moral judgement.

Conformity is a type of social influence involving a change in belief or behavior in order to fit in with a group. It can be simplflied as yeilding to group pressures.

Both groupthink and confirmity leads to wrong end result of a descision taken by the group or individuals in a group, the only intent to take such descision is different in both, in group think due deterioration of efficiency in everyone's thinking in the group leads to wrong decisions, while in confirmity in order to somehow fit in the group individuals take up wrong decisions.
