The quiz revealed the participant being an active listener. The participant agrees with the results because in day to day life he/she has seen him/herself being one.

It shows that the participant works as active listener in a group. This greatly helps the team to be really heard and understood. Thus all the ideas are taken into consideration.

The biggest communicative barrier according to the participants result would be not a very effective communicator. This creates an obstacle to express the ideas effectively.

In order to create a competent, successful group along with being a good listener it's necessary that the participant becomes an effective communicator.This can be achieved by initially striving to explain ideas in smaller groups then moving to bigger ones.
