Answer- 1- Career education- Career education refers to a professional training for a particular job. A student learns a skill by training rather than focusing on a subject. The programs related to career education are available at vocational schools and colleges. There are many career centers also that provide professional training to a person. These colleges include many certificates and degree programs.

2-Work experience- A person gains experience during his job which is known as work experience. The work may vary according to it's nature. Work experience is essential for placements in new firms and industries. The work experience includes different types of jobs like summer jobs, part time jobs, industry placements, volunteering, work shadowing etc.

3-Community -Referenced Instruction- The main objective of Community-referenced instructions is to provide personal, academic, social and emotional support to prepare students for future education, job and everyday life. It provides career and professional guidance regarding awareness, exploration, decision making etc. With the help of RIS, a student is able to achieve a positive self esteem and confidence while taking decisions about his/her family.
