Main duties of police officer accross countries is:

1. Maintain law and order within the city

2. Arrest and punish any person or group for a crime commited. And present that person before court

3. Patroling

4.Attending emergency calls like that of 9*11 in terms of emergency

5. Punishing any person (minister or common citizen) who has committed an offense no partiality in terms of punishment given.

6. Keeping caste, tribe, religion, sex aside the policemen should adhere to their duties very willingly and honestly.

By doing the above with utmost sincerity the police officer will show multicultural respect to their coworkers and citizens in their community.
