Before the feminist moment was announced in 1970’s, nursing was a domain which was majorly male dominant. It was a job that was only open for men. After the feminist movement, women explored their way into the field of nursing and now they rule the domain. You hardly find any male nurses now. Hospital back in the days only had male nurses. The nursing schools only enrolled males. However, nursing is now dominated by women. Men are no longer identified with nursing. As a matter of fact hearing upon a male nurse in today’s time and age makes the society frown.
