Answer- Interorganizational conflict originates from different resources of criminal justice system. There are several approaches to resolve these conflicts. Firstly, the competition among different arms and organizations can be reduced by joining them together. This would help the criminal justice system to run smoother and provide justice. Another method which can be used to resolve conflict is cultural diversity training to police officers in order to improve interpersonal relationship.

Interorganizational conflict in the criminal justice system is invitable because people have different beliefs, attitudes, ethics and perceptions. There will always be conflict in the criminal justice system so it is necessary for the administrators to manage these conflicts.
