Discuss what would you expect to see clients doing as a consequence of your effective listening?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

As a consequence of effective listening, I would expect to see clients working in the direction they are asked to, achieving their goals in given time frame, without any left-overs. Effective listening will also help reduce the misunderstandings that are often created in the workplace. The rate at which the clients' work will also increase because they will have a proper idea of how to execute a certain task. As a result of effective listening, mutual understandings will get better which is desired the most.
