Are the toys and games of today still agents of socialization for children? Do they do the job as well, not as well, or just differently? What do you think the best and worst of today’s toys and games are in terms of helping children with socialization?

Answer #1

Well, I beg to differ. the toys and games of today are nowhere helping children to get social. They are only putting children in front of mobile or computer screen resulting in their weak eyesight and no more social attitude. Worldwide famous games like mini-militia, counter strike etc has made children's' life boring and more concentrated in a certain area. The newly launched Pokemon Go, blue whale etc has proved my statement true, even took the life of many people. I agree that indoor games like chess etc are still better than online or computer games available and it would be good if children are encouraged to play games in a group instead of playing games alone.

As time moves on and families are formed, young children will be sitting in our shoes talking about research and statistics. How do you foresee the research of today affecting the children of tomorrow? One example I can think of is the computer. Guaranteed, by the time our children are adults, they will know more about the computer than we do. Another example is that of the millions of diets that people should follow. Each one offsets the other. How...
