Answer #1

Reiman's view of capital punishment; the death penalty brings harm to civilization as life in presentment is a bigger deterrent that death penalty. The death penalty promotes murder in society and makes sometimes acceptable. Reiman's view of capital punishment should not be used as based on data collected from countries like for example the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia it can be seen that capital punishment is indeed a deterrent and has led to low crime rates. Having inmates in the jails with no fair legal system is going to create unrest in society. It is going to be an economic burden on the country. The moment someone is convicted of a crime the punishment should fit the magnitude of the crime. The punishment should be made public to act as a deterrent.
