There should be discipline of criminal justice to have a quality of public policy in the crime and justice area. Public policy in the crime and justice area should not be according to the vested interest of some but it should address the real and grave problems that could endanger people's life their properties. For this there's a need that criminal justice system instead exaggerating unnecessary concepts should focus on the real problems faced by the public, this would help to come out with sound unbiased public policies in crime and justice.
