Biopsychosocial model that proposes a holistic approach to the diseases, including the biological, psychological and social factors that affect the person and people related to them. Chronic illness brings one of the most challenging and painful period of one's life. It doesn't only affect the person but also the people who are connected to them.

For the person affected, it will limit their Physical movement, physical pain and away from the day today activities. Psychologically, it will affect their self-esteem, personality because they will lose their cool head, thought process as they will start thinking negatively. Socially, they will have limited friends because of their inability to move around and they will feel loneliness.

For the care takers, it would be a massive responsibility as they will have to help them almost all the time. This will consume most of their time and energy. They need to financially support them for the medical expenses. Some even go through lots of stressful and sleepless nights. It will also affect their personal life by bringing disagreement with their partners.
