Poverty an issue? Yes a very serious and real issue.

There are so many people who can't fulfill the basic needs i.e food, clothing and shelter. Poverty should not be confused with way of living, where depending on the area, the people are unable to match the high standards. Then, such poverty is called Relative poverty. People would irrespective of are, or way of living can't afford proper food, clothing, shelter will be termed Absolute poverty.

Poverty is not restricted to any country, it is a global issue. Developed countries too face the issues of poverty. In a recent research, it was noted that 4.3 billion people i.e 59% of the world population were living in extreme poverty.

One example of poverty is farmers of India. They are so poor that they find suicide as the only solution to their problems.
