  • Helps scrutinize the employees who are not fit for the job role.

The disadvantages of having potential employees take an English language proficiency test include.

  • Purchasing language proficiency tests can be expensive.
  • There is threat of potential discrimination which may result in the employer facing the brunt of legal hassles.
