When someone dies, many people are affected. Attention is focused on family and close relationships. Caregivers experience their own stress that is often overlooked. In your future careers, you or one of your co-workers may experience caregiver stress over the death of a patient. What is the best approach for dealing with this stress? How would you best deal with this stress or what is your best advice to a co-worker who is in this situation?

Death amd dying both are natural process of life.everybody faced that death is the one great certainity in life.same of us will die in ways out of our control and most of us will be unware of the moment of death itself.death and dying both of appoached in a healthy way.when death is near is to fulfill the dying person wishes.when some closed dying when whole family and friends are affected with death when firstly we should understand his family emotions and feelings.losing a loved one can be a highly charged and very traumatic time.loss deeply personal experience,there are a few basic and universal steps to the beravement abd grief process. The best approach for dealing with this stress we help to moving on with life - the loss of close friend or relative takes time but we have to move on thats type of situations. Sharing our feeling with our friends and relatives.accepting our feeling - people experience all kinds of emotions after of death of some one close like sadness, anger, frustration. We have to care of our and our family, eating well,take proper reste.when loosing some one may be one of the hardest challenge. We try to make healthy and happy environment for him or her. We have to always stay positive. Try to avoid nagativity.
