Me: Hi why do you look so tired

Friend: I did not sleep well yesterday, I have lot of stress in work, I am also adding up weight

Me: What are your working hours?

Friend: I work for 9 hours a day and then I get tired to cook anything so mostly I Order outside food, but I eat less due to this weight problem

Me: Why don't you maintain healthy lifestyle? Like diet.

Friend: I do diet, I eat only twice a day, I do have full breakfast

M: This is not diet, you should eat untill your stomach is full, mostly avoid fried food or outside stuff, try cooking at home.Maintain a chart of each day breakfast that you would be making. There can be cheat. Since you do not eat properly, you can not sleep properly and thats why you look tired. Drink enough water in order to maintain freshness. Whenever you are hungry, you can grab a fruit. Avoid bread stuff. If you plan your lifestyle seriously you would start looking fresh again. In addition do meditation at work place, this is needed for our brain.

F: Oh yes, I must plan the day and avoid laziness, and should cook at home always. There are always easy healthy recipies available on internet. You are right, you have motivated me. I used to exercizze having empty stomach which more added to my tiredness or dullness. Thanks for the advice

This was really value addition for my friend, as she was carrying out diet or maintaining her physique very haphazardly. She made a chart, a timetable and was successful in reducing and started looking fresh again.
