In what way does philosophy stand at the core of all the other subjects you might study in college?

Philosophy as a branch of study can be defined as the search for wisdom or thetsearch for the fundamental nature of knowledge.

Every subject that we study in college or otherwise is in some way or the other trying to search for knowledge and understand the knowledge that is already present. That search for knowledge in itself is the core principle of philosophy and therefore in the fundamental ways philosophy helps us to understand rest of the subjects in college and critique these subjects at the same time at a fundamental level effectively.
