Autobiographical memory refers to information or memory that a person remembers or recollects from past, personal experiences. For example, a few instances in your life must still be very vivid. Perhaps, the death of a loved one, or the most happiest or memorable day of your life. These memories collectively, comprises of autobiographical memory.

Anxiety has deep roots in mental health. Anxiety is the major cause for mental illness. Yes, childhood anxiety can cent percent affect people later in their lives. Agoraphobia, somatoform disorders, hyperventilating anxiety syndrome are a few to name which has anxiety as a major cause.
