Answer- The process analysis essay follows certain steps to show a process. It focuses on a sequential order so the reader can understand it step by step. A writer must have the knowledge of writing an essay step wise and their relation with each other. There are two ways to write a process analysis essay, first is giving directions to reader and second is to explain the whole process and analyze ita outcome. A process analysis essay can be written in the following steps-

• First of all, we need to select a topic and conduct research about it. The writer of the essay must have the complete knowledge about the topic which he wants to convey to the readers. The writer also needs to decide whether he would focus on a portion of the essay or on the entire content of it.
• Another function is to break the content into easy steps by the writer. With the help of these steps,the writer would be able to guide the reader through the entire process. Most of the writers focus on one portion rather than focusing on the whole essay.
• It would be good to know about the kind of audience who will read the essay. The writer would get help in deciding language, finding details and technical terms if he knows about his readers.
• Next step is introduction. This portion should provide some information regarding essay.
• Another step is to arrange the main body or text of the essay. It should be arranged in a correct order to avoid mistakes.
• Last step is conclusion and it should be a specific and brief over view of the essay. No new information should be added to it but it should have the over view of the process only.
