How does the way you dress reflect the culture with which you identify?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Clothing is a necessity for mankind, just as much as it being a means by which individuals express themselves. The choice of clothing is largely governed by the overall social and cultural context that includes rules, regulations, customs and fashions. The geographical region and the physical environment also determine the clothes adorned by individuals. Every culture is associated with a pattern of clothing, and individuals conform to that pattern as a way of displaying their affiliation with that culture.
