The sample not representing the population as it is too small.

Nonresponse error can exist when an obtained sample differs from the original selected sample. For example; while doing a telephone survey, some respondents are inaccessible because they are not at home for the initial call or call-backs.

Measurement error i.e. an error generated due the measurement process itself, and it is basically the difference between the information generated and the information wanted by the researcher.
