REBT Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy of REBT theory is a practical, present-oriented therapy that can be used for modifying faulty beliefs and maladaptive behaviors of learning and the relationship among them.This therapy is based in ABC model. Here,A stands for the Activating Event that is percieved as unpleasant.B stands for Beliefs and cognition, and is considered as the evaluating agent. C stands for the Consequences or the emotional response to the Activating Event that was percieved and evaluated.

REBT emphasizes that feelings, emotions and behavior are all inter-related and they interact with each other while responding to a situation. Learning can be enhanced if negative perception and evaluation related to difficulty in teaching learning process is replaced by a positive perception and evaluation,which may give positive result in effective teaching learning process.
