Think of Valve as a future employer of your services and skills. Would your personality fit the flat structure of Valve? Why or why not?

Flat structure organizations have a horizontal structure rather than a traditional vertical organization structure. This organizations have no middle middle management, instead they have self managing teams. My personality would be well suited to this organizational structure, as i do not like the pressure of working directly under a manager, and simply following orders. I also do not like to give orders to my coworkers. This structure will provide me with independence and autonomy, which is very important fo me to work. As a result, my productivity will also be better in this organization, as their is more freedom and more value for creativity in this organization.
