The biblical ethics align with our current professional ethics as according to the biblical ethics our behavior in every sphere of our life must be in accordance with the role model of Jesus; who believed in giving his shirt away if anyone takes the coat i.e. not paying a person in the same coin. Loving our neighbor as our self. If we stick to these biblical ethics in all walks of our life; at home or at work we will remain calm and in a position to resolve all conflicts. Some areas that do not align well, when it comes to working in a competitive work is concerned; but we can overcome these dilemmas by not being reactionary staying calm and communicating well. Giving importance to the problems of others, leading to a generation of trust and resolution of all problems.
