To ensure staff are well motivated to work towards the goal and implement it

To improve empolyee morale

To make sure employees have a say in the decision making principle.

Many non-profit service agency do not promise high salaries so employees need a healthy sustainable working environment.

Most of the work requires the person to be on field suffecient training is required to handle situations.

Funding shoud be taken care of non profit organizations depend on government or donors to fund their activities.

There should be effective monitoring and evaluatin  to predict the outcome.

They can prepare a social media marketing strategy for their products.

Fundraising activites to increase funding.
