As a minister of god I will use a step by step problem solving approach . Let us consider the problem is related to water shortage in an area. Let us solve this one by one .

  • First we will define the problem and its different aspects .We will look for the reasons why it is happening . It can be because of low groundwater levels , climate change or any other problem in the water supply system .
  • The second step will involve generating alternatives . For this problem we will generate alternatives how to solve it .For example providing water form tankes .Developing a new water supply system .Finding new source of ground water level .
  • In their step we will evaluate the alternatives and select the best one .For example in our case we chose the finding the new source of groundwater level .This is because it's more efficient and cost effective .
  • Now we will implement the solution .In this we will find the new source and revampt the water supply system .

  • Availability of resources
  • Skills required to solve the problems
  • Willingness from the community side
  • Inefficient implementation
  • Improper planning
