Answer #1

Parallel justice is a dialectic approach to the treatment of the act of crime. In convential legal system, when a crime is committed, the committer or the perpertrator is served the sauce of justcice, and that puts an end to the procedure,

Recently there have also been the case of payment of reparation for the victim of the crime.

But, parallel justice argues that not only should the criminal be prosecuted but the victim of the crime should be rehabilitated back into the society. Monetary reparations can only do so much, and the society has an onus to help the crime victims.

Police officers can help in propelling parallel justice by keeping victims safe, holding the perpetrators of crime accountable and responsible. This goes especially in context of the proliferate crimes that have been taking place against the woman of the society.
