Answer- The word 'silence' is originated from the word 'silent.'It refers to a condition of absence of all sound and noise, complete quietness or notice of narration. We all have a quality of our own silent space within us despite the loud environment of our daily life. The art of silence improves our capability to observe the surroundings around us. To learn the art of silence, we need to interact silently with whatever comes in our way. It requires to monitor others, observe their noise level. We need to live in harmony with our environment. All these things will teach us the effective use of silence. By using these techniques, we would be able to develop our listening skills. We would develop qualities of attractivness, self control and wisdom which are essential for learning art of silence.
