This is important in setting vision for the team because:

(A)It leads us to organize our activities and get ahead of our present situation.

(B)It gives chance for the team to participate by learning from past mistakes and establish a proper and better vision for the team or organization so that future goals can be met.

(C) “Looking Ahead” helps the team to foresee future opportunities correctly and inclusion of those things during the vision setting for the team.
