Person centered theory is also the humanistic theory by carl roger. He believed that people have a desire to reach their fullest potential which is termed as actualising. It is a non directive therapy. He also mentioned client centered reltionship between the client and the therapist which effectively to help the client gin positivity and help in self actualisation. This therapy is mainly based on a good open trustworthy relationship between the client and the therapist. On the other hand madlows hierarchial needs theory is based on the levels of the needs and how a person himself acts at different levels of motivation to gain potential and actualize.
