(Answer) Any organisation that essentially caters to the needs of older individuals despite the cultural background of the customer would be such an example.

For instance, Budweiser, Aspirin, Tesla motors and others provide for the needs of older customers. The colour, language, nationality, ethnicity or gender of their customers’ doesn’t really matter. Their brand communicates is able to communicate effectively to adults on a collective platform.
