How do neurons communicate with each other and the rest of the body
Neurons are the nerve cells that are the structural and functional unit of nervous system. These neurons communicate with each other with the help of neurotransmitters.
There are more than 50 kinds of neurotransmitters identified , which help in such communication. These neurotransmitters are released by the sender neuron and then received by the acceptor neuron, with the help of which the information gets transferred.
These neurons (sensory) are connected to the spinal cord and brain , which help them to transfer the information throughout the body.
