Agenda is a list of matters to be taken up in a meeting or it can be said as an organized plan to be discussed in an event.

There are certain expected and unexpected problems which may arise and affect the agenda to be discussed.

Examples of expected problems are, the chief guest of the meet did not turn up, no proper distribution of the agenda information to the people invited, hidden agendas of the people, invited people not showing up, no consensus on the points to be discussed in the agenda etc. These problems may cause the actions which follow the agenda meeting to be a failure as well.

Examples of unexpected problems are heavy rains, power cut, accident of the chief guest or of people invited etc. Unavoidable problems beyond one's control may fall under this category.

For an agenda to go as planned, it is wise to anticipate the problems which may arise and have a backup plan accordingly.
