The most important component in the development and maintenance of a successful professional identity is working in an excellent manner and networking with the purpose of collaborating. The steps that I will take to develop this component in my professional life include; making people notice my drive by being focused on my work, exceeding the expectations and excelling. Staying in the loop by networking with the colleagues. Staying the Course by being consistently committed to excellence.
