The employees would face a financial burden as they expected they would receive adequate pension and benefit packages. Employees who made budget plans based on these pensions or severence pay would be in a state of confusion as they have to now go through the planning once again. The employees would be mentally affected as well as now they would be facing stress. Monetary problems could push some people into depression and they could seclude themselves into solitary confinement. Employees would often have children that they need to take care. If any health issue arises, they would not be able to claim the compensation packages. As a result, they would be negatively affected in both mental and financial ways.
