Affirmative action which is the method of considering race as a factor in decisions such as hiring and college admissions is the best method bias based on race as it was a federal program started by the President John F. Kennedy in 1965. Its purpose was to combat the exclusion of disadvantaged marginalized groups from occupations, and to help in undoing the effects of the long U.S. history of prejudice and discrimination that was based on; race, gender, religion, and national origin. Since this method controls the employment, it is the best method as it improves the economic level of the underprivileged and marginalized communities of the USA.
