Second Atomic Bomb: After the impact left by the first atomic bomb, do you think Truman made the right decision by dropping the second one on Japan? Why, or why not?
After the impact left by the first atomic bomb, I think Truman did not make the right decision by dropping the second one on Japan because a total of 210,000 civilians died in the two atomic blasts. Dropping a bomb kill’s people indiscriminately both the innocent civilians and the military personnel are killed. Apart from this the effect of a bomb last for generations to come, who are born with abnormalities for no mistake or sin committed. The future generations have to pay the repercussions.
