Proprioception

The kinaesthetic sense is not influenced by the external environment, but pertains to the sense of a person as to how his body is moving or where the legs are present. Or, the muscle memory, that says that even when the person is not looking, they could raise their limbs. Proprioception helps in identification of the overall body sense. When Proprioception is integrated with the vestibular system inputs, it could be referred to as kinaesthesia.
