The literal definition of vehicle is anything that’s used to transport people and goods thus the legal definition is rights in explaining it as a vehicle. Most of the time, the definition of vehicle fits for those that is used in the normal roads for transportation with an official license. Thus, the toy cars that children operate, the children’s pedal cars and elder’s battery bikes might not fit into this category as they don’t run in the roads considering their speed, size and the official license for that vehicle obtained from the authority.
