analyze if taking of human life for self-defense is justifiable? Give reasons for your answer.
Killing someone is a brutal act and no one has the right to commit this crime. But there are certain conditions in which this act can be justified. According to me, the murder done in relation to the self defense is always justifiable. Every person on this planet has the right to live. If someone is threatening you with a weapon, it is completely moral to give that person a good fight for your life. The government has also proposed a law which is "The right of self-defense". Accoridng to this law, it is the right of each indiviual to use reasonable force or defensive force for defending one's own life. If a defendant uses defensive force because of a threat of deadly or grievous harm by the other person, or a reasonable perception of such harm, the defendant is said to have a "perfect self-defense" justification.
