People get confused because they may say a sentence or a statement to another person and get one reaction and say the exact same thing to another person, and get a completely different reactions from others. It depends on the individuals as to how they can relate to the statements and thoughts . Every Individuals differ in thoughts and the way they percieve things .   • The denotative meaning : The literal meaning of a work or statement is known as Donotative .

Eg : the word Tiger denotative meaning is an animal with four legs and paws, a tail, etc

connotative meaning.:The connotative meaning is something that has, what the word suggests to the person, based on that person's experiences and emotions and judgements the statement or word .

EG: Dog : some would think that dog is fun to be around with but some feel that it may harm them with bites which is based on thier past experiences .
