1. Need and motivation to learn - this is interrelated higher the need more the motivation of the learner . The learner will have an innate desire to learn and therefore he would be more inquisitive and participative in the learning process.

2. Intellectual and physical capability of learner : the learner should be in physical and mental readiness to undergo the learning process . Any incapability will hamper the learning . The grade in which the learner is syllabus and pedagogy should be as per age of the learner .

3. The teaching style and environment: the third factor is how the teaching is imparted and the social environment around learner should be encouraging .
