Growth mindset people ends up with better products than fixed mindset people due to their difference in hard work and dedication. Fixed mindset believe that effort is not required for an activity but talent is what that matters. Alternatively, growth mindset believes that learning and intelligence can grow with time and persistence. When people believe that their efforts brings success, they put in more efforts and achieve greater heights or better products.
